Initial conversation to gain an insight into our customer’s needs and their objectives. We listen, take notes and ask lots of questions. Good designers know a thing or two about getting a solid brief to work from.
This involves multiple threads to gain a holistic view of what we need to achieve for our client, not unlike a SWOT analysis (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). We take notes, write down key phrases, have Zen moments…
On go the thinking caps, this is where the alchemy begins… Taking notes from the briefing we mix these up with thoughts generated from the research. Then we channel our ideas in to first stage design concepts.
Using client feedback (which we’re not afraid to challenge if necessary!), we revisit and develop our initial design concepts, firmly keeping in mind the intended audience and our client’s objectives.
Refine the chosen design and get other team members to give the artwork a good looking-over. Technical specifications are double-checked and then we move into production.
The successful delivery of the project, last but certainly not least. We strive to achieve all deadlines and we'll go the extra distance when needed, if the unexpected happens.
